Too many projects today rely on half-finished plans, vague intent, and “figure it out in the field” engineering. The responsibility quietly shifts downstream to contractors. Owners absorb the cost. Schedules slip. Confidence erodes.
We started The Edwards Company to change that.
After years of reviewing plans that should never have made it through approval, we saw a clear gap in the industry: engineers were stepping back when they should have been stepping forward.
So we built a firm that does the opposite.
We take 100% ownership of every design.
From the first schematic sketch to the final day of construction, we stay engaged. We collaborate closely with architects and contractors. We answer quickly. We solve problems early. And we stand behind every line on the page.
